Revision tips

  1. Techniques – use different methods such as flash cards, posters, reading aloud and recording your notes on audio to retain information
  2. Timetable – make a realistic timetable that you will stick to
  3. Time – allocate a specific time in the day (morning, afternoon or evening) to get most of your revision done
  4. Notes – ensure that your notes are written neatly from more than one source
  5. Sleep – have a regular sleeping pattern and make sure you are well rested
  6. Test yourself – testing yourself or having someone else test you reinforces information in your memory
  7. Eat healthy – having a healthy balanced diet instead of unhealthy food keeps your energy up
  8. Exercise – spend some time each day keeping active
